1 Review
Florin took us for 4 days guided walking in the lovely Romanian countryside and through charming villages. Each morning he collected us (2 couples in our sixties) from our guest house, drove us to start point then guided us round a circular walk (about 6 miles). He told us about Romanian culture as we walked. Florin is a nice guy, speaks good English, and is a safe driver with a comfortable car. Always punctual and helpful.
It was hot in June so one day we asked to go higher and went into mountains.
Florin is developing our interest in wild flowers! Meadows were lovely, and we saw farmers cutting grass with scythes, horse and carts with hay, flocks of sheep (main risk of walking is shepherds’ dogs which protect sheep from bears but can be aggressive to people also!) You will not see bears. Highly recommend Florin.
